Male Sexual Problems, It is the specialty that deals with health issues related to male such as reproductive and urological issues. Male sexual problems are common health issues affecting all age groups of men and likewise increases as age.

Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction, it is also know as impotence. Characterized by inability to maintain or develop the erection of penis during sexual activity.

Prosthetic Implants

It involves surgical insertion of artificial rods into the penis which is malleable (bendable) or inflatable. These rods are surgically implanted within the erection chambers of the penis. Thereby, whenever the man wants erection he presses the pump which transfers saline from the reservoir to the cylinders in the penis thus causes erection. likewise by pressing the deflation valve the pump returns the fluid to the reservoir cause in deflation of penis to normal flaccid state.

Vascular Reconstructive Surgery

In this surgery, the arteries are reconstructed within the penis to increase the blood flow to the penis and maintain the erection, thereby restore the natural erection and thereby no implants needed.

Male Infertility
It is inability of the male to cause pregnancy in a fertile female, mainly due to deficiencies in the semen quantity.

Causes
Production of antisperm antibodies which prevents the sperm from production, motility and transport

Vericocele- swelling of testicular veins.

Others- Age genetic, trauma, diseases such as hydrocele, malaria and testicular cancer

Diagnosis
The urologist will take complete past medical, surgical history. Physical examination of reproductive and urinary system is performed, sperm and blood sample are collected, ultrasound is also performed.

Management
Treating the underlying causes is the approach of treatment.
